Spawn the NE Taxi in 2 Minutes or Less (Easy Method!)

It's absolutely ***NOT*** needed for an NE Taxi but likely IS NEEDED for an NE Hoods Rumpo XL of which I shown in that Video linked and what I also have obtained in my 10th 100% Save File from a couple years ago. Honestly, I doubt you even need the NE Conversion for an NE Yankee. Can just find the Yankee in traffic. Enter it, exit it, then do the Garage Trick and obtain an NE Yankee.
Using the OM0 NE Conversion forces you to waste time by waiting on Rampage Timers to expire and driving in reverse like an idiot due to a Bumps and Grinds Menu which you need with you. Then on top of that, it sometimes won't even work from what I experienced 5 times in a row yesterday obtaining one of these for my 11th 100% Save File. Then it dawned on me. Quit wasting time, and due what must be done in III, VC, SA, and VCS for NE Vehicles. Open and close the Garage and go into traffic to find one. I did this yesterday where my "Current Playing Time" Stat said 4 Minutes, however, in this Video, I did it as quickly as 2 Minutes. With that said, I've loaded a Save in Portland countless times, left the Safehouse, opened my Garage and hopped on a PCJ-600, and drove into traffic to find an NE Taxi, which means it can be done in literally seconds, rather than 2 Minutes.

I did this for HOURS and it was always just a TP Taxi when I arrived to it. Never TP/NE. People claim they can do this on ***ALL*** Platforms, but I still find that hard to believe. It's only easy on PSP (maybe Mobile) due to less traffic, but ALSO having a Marked Virus Glitch which allows you to mark 10+ Vehicles, leave them on the Map, which will glitch traffic and make nothing spawn, and then do the nonsense with the Garage and Firefighter hoping the ***TAXI*** Model spawns during Firefighter. If it does, it's basically a guarantee to be TP/NE. But yeah, PS2 can't mark anything and on top of that, there is 8596859685 more Vehicles and Peds around, making the NE never happening on PS2 when I tried it all those times years ago.
And yeah, these Videos linked are all from PS2/3. So. Why does people keep commenting and telling me LCS lags and asking why it happens? *****ALL VIDEOS FROM 2018 AND 2019 ON THIS CHANNEL ARE RECORDED FROM A REAL CONSOLE!!!***** LCS, nor any GTA lags on a Retail Console!!!!!! 2020? I started playing on PCSX2 only because my PS2 Slim is away in storage right now and don't feel like always getting it out just to collect dust from sitting there and then having all these cables going around the room for recording purposes. There is NO CABLES at all when I record from my PC using PCSX2. Deal with the lag, and quit asking the same questions as to WHY it's lagging these days and start watching Videos PRE-2020 and you'll see EVERY SINGLE LCS VIDEO, and every OTHER VIDEO for that matter, doesn't lag one bit. It's not LCS. It's the Shitmulator!
