Special K Mix while talking about Star Trek IX: Insurrection
0My birthday was last week and I was gifted a few strains and edibles, which we will try this week. Starting with some delicious Sea Salt Dark Chocolates from Arctic Bakery and Dosed Edibles Gummy Candies.
Both delicious! The chocolates had a 'melt your heart' sweetness that when combined with the grains of sea salt, added to the spectacular savory sweet experience. The cubed gummies were tasty. The sugar coating on the candy made it extra yummy! Now, I do not take edibles and I moderate my THC tolerance. Two of these 10mg filled THC treats is enough to make my day. I felt happy and euphoric with a little body buzz. I did take up to four and that gave me an intense body high I have not had in a while.
In addition, I decided to smoke my Special K mix, which is a mix of about 140 strains that I have reviewed since 4/20 of this year. After half a bowl I was too high, especially with edibles already kicking in. My body was confused and it felt like I was coming off anesthesia. I was zoned out the rest of the evening and knocked out early. If you plan on doing edibles, take one and an hour later check yourself if you want to take more. It is too easy to take more than you need and get an uncomfortable high. Never underestimate the power of infused goods! I also heard smoking a high CBD strain can counterbalance those amped feelings. Worth a try next!
In this episode I talk about Star Trek IX: Insurrection. I'm really high so it was hard to run through the plot. Plus this movie was not the greatest and kind of forgettable. Plus Riker shaves his face, which I forgot to mention, and that didn't suit him well. This move was not the worst, but definitely not the best. It had a few highlight moments, but it was the same as watching a two part episode from the series rather than a movie.
