1I think this fight is easier to no-damage than the wisp double solely because you don't have to deal with summons or contact damage. You might be tempted to take out Seine first cause his is the harder of the two fights to hitless in his solo fight, but without an arena or buddy to back him up Seine is really easy to dodge. Loire meanwhile is always a threat between her dagger throws and walking pattern, so if you burst down Seine first you still have to deal with Loire.
