Spectrum +3 DROPPED LINE in characters

2Can anyone Help.
My Spectrum +3 has a fault with a vertical line is missing in the text.
I can not find any reference as to what could be causing the fault.
I have replace all seven capacitors and re-seated Chips labeled 7 and 8.
And the built in test program shows no fault.
