Managed to make a keybind with cheat engine to increase the car's wheel speed to create a NOS like effect. Sadly the memory address are not consistent between level loads.

Data type per wheel: FLOAT, offset between each wheel 728 bytes in the Tune menu, Test drive mode.
Front Left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right.


Consistent way I find them is to drive at ~ 60mph, search for a FLOAT in the range of 80-90, then slow down steadily searching for a decreasing value and you should have the addresses appear in a few scans all 4 of wheels together.
