This was so fun to paint, experimenting with the various shades of blue was very cathartic. I learned a lot more about how to create shadows in digital art, and I'm excited to see where I go next. I even ended up drawing the Omega symbol a few times :D

Glaucus Atlanticus - The Blue Sea Dragon - Blue Angels

They're a species of sea slugs that float upside down in water. They eat venomous PREY, and absorb the stinging cells of the prey in order to create their own defense mechanism, which is such a cool concept!
It goes without saying that humans really shouldn't be holding them in the palm of their hand, yet most of the images I found online showed them being held. I understand the urge completely :D

I'd heard about them in an online post/video about real life creatures that look like Pokemon, this one resembles the Legendary Pokemon Kyogre.

The drawing software I've used is Medibang Paint Pro, and the audio is 'A Mystical Experience' by Unicorn Heads, courtesy of the Youtube Audio Library.
