Mercury Meltdown Remix is a game that nobody speedruns, so here I am putting times on the board to hopefully inspire other people to give it a try. The run time is the time remaining on the in-game clock, so a higher number is better (unlike most speedruns).

In an any% run, all you have to do is make it to the goal.

In this level you have to press a button to active a ramp that then raises and lowers based on a global timer. Then you can go up the ramp to a dye station. However, while the ramp is at its steepest, you can't climb it, so you have to use it while it's actually moving up. Once you're the right color, you can head back down and jump off of a ramp to the goal. If you want to collect the bonuses first, it means navigating some narrow platforms, unnecessary ramps, and an additional jump.

I press the button and split my blob at the same time, leaving me with the minimum possible remaining mercury. Once I'm up the ramp and dyed yellow, I try to time myself so I can pass over the ramp with as much speed as possible when it lowers out of my way.
