With the mysteria cards and treasure map that can spellboost for only 1 cost pp and give another card such as Phoenix Roost that's really good for Dshift! I don't feel that Dshift is nerfed, the cost 20 only makes a little more balance (just a little bit..) I can imagine if Dshift is still on 18 cost pp, I can make turn 5 Dshift! (no joke)
