So, SpellCardLibrary 0.40 came out~ It added new character (no clue how to do her 3rd spell pls help) and 4th spells for Sakuya and CHEEEEN

This one is pretty much one of her spells in PhantasmagoriaTrues, but upgraded, with more mindblow, aesthetics, cool BGs and HUDeleting. Feel free to think how does it work~
Also, as you can guess, you can move only inside that circle, so...

It's surprising, that Len didn't use time stop thing for Sakuya here lol

Unlocking 4th spells is still strange (cap 3 other spells as every shottype)
