Spelunky 2 - Pacifist Chain No% Abzu Complete (World's First)
About a 20-minute Pacifist Kingu fight and a very tame Sunken City (apart from 7-3).
In a nutshell, Pacifist Chain No% Abzu requires the player to beat Hundun and finish 7-4 through the Abzu route with no gold, no kills, no damage, no items, and no resources.
Pacifist: This is a Pacifist run, meaning that killing enemies must be avoided. This is based solely on what the game considers Pacifist. I have a pink Pacifist tracker in the corner that tells me if I'm still a Pacifist, and this can be verified in the run recap with the journal line "I was a pacifist." If you're wondering how the bosses are "killed" in a Pacifist manner, I explain further below.
Chain No% Abzu: The player must end the game with the 4 health, 4 bombs, and 4 ropes that they started with and they cannot gain or use items/resources. Since certain items and actions are "required" to complete the chain, some exceptions have been made to the rules above. For example, the player is allowed to pick up and use the Udjat Eye, Crown/Hedjet, Ankh, Excalibur/Scepter, Tablet of Destiny, and Qilin. However, there are still restrictions on when those items can be used.
Pacifist Chain No% Abzu is not an official category on Mossranking at the moment, so its definition is derived from the combination of the two categories below:

Pacifist Hundun: Killing Hundun in a Pacifist run is quite simple. Since there are poison arrows in Sunken City, and since poison damage is not tracked to the player, you can simply poison Hundun's last head and wait for it to die to the poison and it will be Pacifist.
Pacifist Kingu: Abzu is easily the hardest and most tedious level in the run. However, the Pacifist kill itself isn't too tricky. The Pacifist No% Kingu strategy is to get a hermit crab to spew poison bubbles and then drop a pet corpse onto the poison bubble to bounce it into Kingu to kill her. Hermit crabs are not guaranteed in Abzu, so you basically lose if you don't get one. The only problem is that this strategy only works if Kingu is on 1 heart. If you're unfamiliar, Kingu will not spawn enemies if she's moving but will spawn enemies if she's not moving and the player is close. The enemy spawns are a huge problem for Pacifist because this means the player cannot simply hang around and keep damaging Kingu. To avoid enemy spawns, the player has to do damage intermittently and then quickly jump away. Furthermore, once the player jumps off Kingu, they must blindly catch a ledge to not take fall damage (or No% will be lost). Blindly catching a ledge is a bad idea, so I used a specific lineup in the run to increase my odds of not taking fall damage. The lineup requires the player to wait for Kingu to be in a certain position and then press and hold the jump key and the run key at around the same time. This timing has 3 frames of leeway, so it's close to frame-perfect. To get Kingu to 1 heart, you must do 20 Excalibur swings and 9 extra damage. The 20 swings are typically done using the lineup (over the course of 3 times) and then the 9 damage is typically done just by dropping things on Kingu. Once Kingu is on 1 heart, the hermit crab strategy can be used.
