Sandman has left the Financial District in ruins, so begin One Thing at a Time by aiding the civilians who got caught up in the chaos in this Spider-Man 2 adventure. Head to the objective markers to rescue a citizen and then move the truck out of the way. Ganke will then need you to head to a rooftop north of your position where you can construct a Drone, a high-tech gadget Spider-Man uses in Spider-Man 2. When you're ready, launch the Drone and fly it through the rings in the sky, just like the aerial challenges in Spider-Man 2. Doing so will give you enough XP to level up, handing you a Skill Point to spend in the Skills menu. The only one you can unlock is Spider Whiplash for Peter, which will enhance your web-swinging abilities in true Spider-Man 2 style.
