Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse will focus on the climactic battle between Gwen Stacy's Spider-Team and Miguel O'Hara's Spider-Society simultaneously with Miles Morales' fight against his multiversal self and a final stand against the Spot. However, there could be other secondary villains who could make the third movie more exciting. The Spider-Verse movies have balanced several simultaneous antagonists seamlessly and turned a C-list "villain of the week" into a multiversal-level threat. Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse could do the same with other obscure comic book villains and possibly reveal that they were hidden in plain sight all along.
