Here is how you can easily beat Shockwave in PS4's Spider-Man game. The fight itself is broken down into 3 different phases.

Phase 1
Shockwave shoots 3 shockwave beams at you, jump smashes toward you and then perform a shockwave "tornado".

For this phase make sure you dodge when Shockwaves arms up to his side like he is flexing his arms and when he goes down on his knee make sure to throw an object at him and follow up with a combo.

Phase 2
Shockwave will again shoot 3 shockwave beams at you, then jump at you with a smash and follow it up with a "cone" style shockwave attack.

When Shockwave is performing the cone attack this is your opportunity to throw something at him and follow up with a combo.

Phase 3
Shockwave will shoot 4 shockwave beams at you and then go to his knee for a few seconds.

Make sure you dodge by swinging around him and then when he is on his knee use R1 L1 to grab the pillars above him and bring them down.
