So San Diego Comic Con was this weekend and, as expected, there’s a lot to talk about. S*hazam 2* looks great, *Black Adam* has a lot of potential if WB doesn’t mess with it, *Black Panther 2* is absolutely gorgeous, I’m super excited for that *Sandman* series, Marvel showed a whole bunch of their logos, and there’s even a Dungeons and Dragons movie that looks… kind of dope, actually. But to me, the most interesting news, came on Friday, with the Marvel Studios Animation panel. They talked about the *X-Men 97* revival, Marvel Zombies, Season 2 of *What If*, and the plans for the new animated series *Spider-Man: Freshman Year.* And me, being the notorious hater of all things MCU Spider-Man that I am, at least according to some of the comments, I gotta say… *Spider-Man: Freshman Year* looks SICK.
