Spider-Man: The Video Game - Arcade (1991)
0A Spidey brawler right in the middle of the golden age of beat em ups. Sega was behind it, it's 4 players, and you can even play as Namor. It has a dynamic camera system that varies from fighting on the streets to crawling across a vast rooftop jungle...
So why does this game suck?
I'm willing to bet that there's a Spidey centric Beats of Rage game out there. No, not the Infinity War one. Just Spidey. And I'm willing to bet that it's 10x better than this.
This is just...awkward. It could work as a beat em up, but not as Spidey. You get zero sense of speed, agility, maneuverability, web swinging...it's all missing and you feel like a barely animated mannequin. I don't care what villains show up, I'm playing Captain America and the Avengers. Sorry, @goukuma
