NOTE: With Update 7 this build gets more depth and it works well with any relic weapon. Here's a Fire version: https://youtu.be/rFOFQpk98AM For Poison/bleeding relic version just replace the fire/burn gear for poison/bleed gear.
This is the first Build Video I'm making for Torchlight Frontiers. There are 7-8 total more planned for the various classes. The video consists of 3 parts - Skills Choices, Gear Choices, and a gameplay demo:
- Part 1 - Skill Choices: 00:45

Core skills (lvls 12/12):
* Energy Spike - main source of dmg
* Holy Bolt - single target sniping + fills dark buff bar + light skills dmg boost passive synergy
* Unholy Bolt - single target point blank melting + passive dark skills dmg boost synergy
* Consecration - AoE buff and source of extra dmg boost for you and your party
* Luminous Run - Movement speed buff + phasing a great movement and escape skill

Suggested lvl 12 passive-only skills:
* Entropy - Reduced light skills cooldown (very useful for Consecration & Luminous run)
* Holy Fury - Reduced dark skills mana cost (our main dmg skill(s) are dark)
* Absolver - For increased dark buff bar charge gain
1 of those lvl 12passive only skills can also go in the LMB slot and be used as an active skill.
Spend the extra 3/4 remaining points in Spirit Well for extra dark skills buff duration.

With the new skills system comes the introduction of leveling up skills (before we could only lvlup passives). Each level gives a bonus to the skill and additional bonus that is a synergy. Synergy bonuses modify/boost other skills or skill paths. The combination of leveling up skills and synergy bonuses opens up the theory crafting a bit and allows for experimentation with different builds.
