With the ranked splatoon 2 nuzlocke concluding, a lot of people wanted me to follow it up with a splatoon 2 octo expansion nuzlocke. MoshPlayz also challenged me to do a splatoon 2 nuzlocke on the splatoon 2 dlc. While this will likely be shorter than the ranked splatoon 2 nuzlocke (either for the better or for the worse). In this nuzlocke, the goal is to collect the splatoon 2 octo expansion thangs and defeat Tartar. If you die in a level, that level becomes a roadblock for you and you must find your way around it. Each thang has only two possible ways of getting to it, so you must be careful to not die in both of the levels. If you enter a course and you have the choice of multiple weapons, a randomizer will be used to determine which weapons you use. If you make it to the Nils Statue, I’ve allotted myself 8 lives (1 for each phase and the final boss) that you can spend anyway you wish so you don’t softlock yourself behind one phase.
