Sam Fisher continues the search for Andriy Kobin, after taking down a high priority target in the area. He pushes through the buildings and slums of Afghanistan towards the local police precinct where his target is now held in an interrogation room. Despire their history, Sam does his job, grabs Kobin and extracts him.

Kobin's motives for turning himself in become quickly clear. He supplied the weapons of Blacklist Zero, the embassy attack, unbeknownst to him. Kobin clearly fears for his life and he may be able to provide key intel to taking the terrorist group down.
