Splinter Cell is one of the most iconic stealth game franchises ever made, and Chaos Theory is often ranked among the top 10 stealth games of all time. Within the fanbase, it’s widely considered the best—or second best—entry in the original tetralogy:

Double Agent (Version 2)
When Chaos Theory launched, its M rating and darker tone made it a bit divisive. Earlier titles in the series were T-rated, but the new tone balanced with humor gave the game personality without making it too grim. This blend helped it stand out and become one of the most beloved entries. Unfortunately, Ubisoft shifted toward a more “serious” direction starting with Double Agent, which lost some of the charm.
Some missions had to be re-recorded due to video file corruption, but the core walkthrough remains consistent. Fortunately, key levels like Seoul 2 and Bath House were unaffected.
However, even though Seoul 1 was re-recorded, this should still be a good enough Splinter Cell Chaos Theory walkthrough, since most levels are individual levels and not technically continuous.
I try to do things in my walkthroughs that not a lot of people do, but to get 100% in Chaos Theory, you must have these requirements:
-Cannot be identified as intruder
-Enemies/civilians killed/injured
-No bodies found
-No alarms triggered
-Almost all objectives complete (on Seoul 2, you don't have to destroy the tank for example)
This is played on a real Original Xbox, upscaled (line-doubled) via OSSC.
