It seems like Splinter Cell is finally making a comeback but not the way you might expect it to. It has been roughly 6 years since we’ve last seen a mainline entry in the Splinter Cell franchise by Ubisoft the last one being Splinter Cell: Blacklist that was released in August of 2013

Speaking with Chinese video game publication, Gamer Sky, Guillemot revealed that there is a possibility that Splinter Cell might be making a comeback but not the traditional way.
