Splinter Cell PS2 vs Xbox - Side by Side Comparison.
The Xbox version is the definitive way to play this game. The texture detail is higher, with better lighting and shadows. The game looks crisp with progressive scan and the framerate is pretty stable. As you can see in the video, the PS2 version is a downgraded port, with worser graphics, lighting and missing foliage. The framerate is by far the worse out of all the versions and the levels are shorter due to console limitations.


Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is a 2002 stealth video game developed by Ubi Soft Montreal and published by Ubi Soft. It is the first game in the Splinter Cell series.
