Note:Make sure you don't make a lot of noise when going by the dog , cause he has a sensitive hearing.If he gets close anyway, you can sticky shock him and guards won't react to his dead/knocked out body.
My walkthroughs will be based on these simple ,Stealth based, steps:
1.K.O or Kill Only if it is realy necessary (e.g. Guards are having the key codes for the keypad,they are Registered for the Retinal Scanner,to prevent them from destroying something that will cause a mission failure if they do,to sneak past without being detected or Self Defense).
2.Every distraction has it's own cause,I won't be jumping,running or showing into the light for nothing.I will be doing that to pass trough the guards at curtain situations or to make them to change their way of patrol.
3.Shooting is almost the same as distracting,but I will be doing that to pass cameras or to be invisible to guards.
