Splitgate is finally on console and has full cross-play support and even after two years of it being on PC its still the same as ever. From killing sprees at aerial advantages that doesn't seem possible and taking trickshots to a whole new level with the us of their portals. With such abilities and attributes added to the mechanic of previous like it such as Halo especially, there's reason why this game isn't just another copy of what's their inspiration.
They have come a long way from just, being another copy of Halo, to something of a phenom and coming out of nowhere to become possibly the next breakout shooter.
