0proof that it isn't a cheat, any times below ~2:10 are lag, times above ~2:10 are possible with the glitch. It might be possible to do it twice and remove 20 more seconds, but I don't think it's humanly possible... it would also be a pretty jerk-ish thing to do. it might be possible in detonator as well, but yet again, I don't advise doing it.
