But holding off on that feeling proves that if you can control that, why not other emotions?

And it's a charm about it that people have a sense of comfort to. Almost as if Patrick is unbeknowningly controlling YOUR emotions. So sometimes we should let out our inner Patrick out there in the world more often. Make your life not as complicated and joke about it more. We love joking about other people's but never our own.
