I also do not own the free time you have at your leisure. If any thing YOU own that. Some times we get so caught up in the system of what you feel you must do in the day that you drift further and further away from yourself. Either work, school, housework, projects, or any thing really.

We also feel like we must finish those things first before having time of our own. And when we finally get that time we spend it really doing something in similar nature.

But once in awhile you owe yourself to finally just have time of just you and nothing else. The world isn't telling you what you have to do, but finally you're telling yourself what you want to do. Don't take time to think "man, I'm glad I'm not at work" but rather think what you would rather do instead of what you're not doing.

Some people never get that opportunity to have time like this. Which is why it's important to put a hault on the daily regime and do that. Even if it's going to have repercussions.

Our hero Ryu in Breath of Fire 3 manages to find time during his journey to stop near a lake and fish at his leisure. Fishing is an activity most people use as a way to get away and self reflect. And self reflecting heals you mentally, resulting in emotionally, and then resulting in physically. So how can you expect to be healthy if you don't heal yourself?
