14just some video I found at quakeunity.com that features a decent CTF server on Quake 4 patch version 1.4.2.
like they said connect to quakenet then #spontanq4ctf on some kind of IRC (internet chat relay), U can use either mIRC, Xchat, or what I now use chatzilla, or any of the hundreds of IRC programs out there.
