Technically Componistenpad and Chopinpad among others, but those are really just differently named sections of the real Spoorbaanpad. It's the most important cycle route running most of the way through Almere, so it's no surprise that you'll always find people there. This was actually a quiet time.

0:00 I rarely find people this fast on that kind of bike, other than myself. I was relaxing, mind you. :-) On the climb he added enough power to make me hold back. But he wasn't pedaling as hard into the headwind after that, so I left him behind.

1:07 A long freight train appears. At 1:23 it seems to end but there are tons of empty flatcars, followed by more cargo.

2:02 Hear that? A 'slow' moped with a speed limit of 25 km/h doing over 40 despite a passenger. Very few are actually that slow. I must say it was fun to watch the splashes from the puddle evaporate on the hot exhaust. Anything is better than the horrible exhaust fumes of some of them appearing in that area.

2:10 Crossing through a red light in front of a bus, but from a distance it looks slightly closer than it really was. Margin of about three seconds, if you include the braking that may have been triggered by the bus in front but also by the cyclists. Who knows how bus drivers cope with this sort of thing happening all the time. I still wouldn't do it myself.

2:18 I wasn't sure what their light was showing or how fast they'd cross. They weren't in the best position to spot a third bus hidden behind the others, and weren't paying attention to that direction, so I warned them ("another one!").

2:23 You can finally see what the light is showing. Way too late. Please fix this, Almere.

2:51 Even cyclists can block the view if you aren't particularly aware, apparently.

2:57 That guy spat on me. One of the drops landed on my lens at the top right. I don't think it was deliberate. Please watch before you spit!

3:47 Dies ist ein Radweg.
