Today I want to show you how to do both the Spreading Shadows Kanto and Grass/Water Missions F2P in the Challenge Giovanni: Part 2 stage using Vileplume, Psyduck and Mewtwo. I used Vileplume as my tank since it can raise both it's special and physical defense plus it can paralyze and has a chance to lower the opponents sp.def with energy ball. Psyduck was chosen because of his trainer move raising defenses and the potions which are always nice to have. Mewtwo is just there to damage the opponent and sync as much as possible.
