Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!: Part 31: Metropolis! Let's Meet the Meat!
9Believe it or not, random viewers subscribers, but this playthrough is actually almost over.
Metropolis is the last normal level of Spyro 2. As such, it has the last 4 Orbs in the entire game.

Its Intro has a worker droid looking both ways before crossing the street. A lot. A pig joins him, but not just any pig, a pig with a rocket strapped to his back. No problem with that, right?
Oh wait... Yes it is.
Apparently, from the first Droid Spyro meets, a bunch of animals have come from the Robotica Farms to steal Metropolis' weaponry and use it for themselves. The Manager Droid wants Spyro to fight through those wild farm animals to reach the Inventor Droid, because she's made something big for him to see.

There will be 3 Orbs involving this Inventor Droid, but there's another Orb that you can get before reaching her.
The Logistics Droid will need you to take out an angry yak that keeps sliding bombs at him through the icy floor. Flame the bombs back at this mini-boss to kill him and get an Orb for your efforts.

Far ahead of this, when you finally reach the Inventor Droid, she'll give you the level's second Orb for finding her. She then talks about the big thing the Manager Droid was talking about...
A Superfly/Superflame combination powerup. With this awesome powerup, the Inventor Droid now wants you to take out all 3 of the sheep U.F.O.s that are flying everywhere. Do that, and you'll get a third Orb, but then...
Those sheep sent a distress signal that summoned more U.F.O.s, 5 of them, to be exact, and they will actively try to shoot at Spyro from behind. If you can manage to survive and blast those U.F.O.s, too. The Inventor Droid will give you the 4th and final Orb of this level...
If you've been following this playthrough, that is also the very last Orb you can get in this entire game for a grand total of 64! This level also has the last set of Gems, and collecting them all will give you a grand total of 6,000!
Actually, there are just a tiny bit of Gems I'll still need to collect after this, but they're behind Winter Tundra's second tall door, the very same door that will lead to Ripto, which is my next plan, here!

Metropolis' Outro cutscene, the last level cutscene in the game, has the same Droid from this Intro still waiting to cross the street. He looks at his watch and realizes that he's been waiting too long. So he decides to cross...
Only for a car to run him right over. You gotta feel bad for him, but this is also pretty funny.

So yeah! With all of the Orbs I can get in this game, what else but to go and give Ripto the ol' hot foot, now?!
