Don't let anyone tell you otherwise; even with Nintendo's involvement with Bayonetta 2, the whole series is still in fact owned by Sega.

With that said, I'm so glad that there are now 2 Sega characters in this game. It was pretty difficult for anyone, including me, to figure out who the 2nd Sega character would be that ISN'T another Sonic character.

Honestly, I didn't vote for anyone in the Fighter Ballot, because I had trouble deciding on that, too. If you want my deepest thought, near the end if the ballot, as far as a 1st-Party winner, I thought the Inklings of Splatoon had it in the bag.

I still didn't vote by then, I'd be wrong, anyway, but Splatoon doesn't need Smash to become more popular. It's already good at that all on its own, which I am VERY thrilled at!

So anyway, congratulations to Bayonetta for winning the Fighter Ballot, even if we don't know the complete details of her victory besides the stats Sakurai brought up about her in his Final Smash Presentation. Both aceman and I will learn to use her better.
