Note 1: works for all characters, but it doesn't affect the speedways.

Note 2: 0019 is default value. These rapid-fire codes make use of ASM and could potentially trigger the game's anti-piracy measures. The codes' values set in the video is 3, but if you put 0000, it will be super fast. And as long you are actually hitting things, the object memory clears. But if you shoot into the air for too long or not hitting anything at all, there will be a refractory period before you can shoot again.
