Spyro is here at the hub world one last time (at least for an entire video, anyway) so he can collect the remaining Gems and Dragonflies. Because of acquiring the Ice Rune in Cloud 9, Spyro now has every Rune in the game and now has access to the rest of the Dragon Realms. This means that the areas to the rest of the areas are now open, but that still means you need a certain number of Dragonflies to travel to them. There's also a really bothersome Ice Breath challenge that likes to pull a fast one on you from time to time. Finding what you need to complete it is not hard, but being quick enough is a whole other ball game.
