Once you enter this new Homeworld, take the right hand route. As you go across a couple of islands, you'll notice 2 large Armoured Fools blocking a doorway, but to the left of them will be another 3. Wait for the magic green beam to hit them and make them small. Once this is done and you're lined up, use your Charge attack through them.
