Goal was sub 9:40. A decent run where a couple of disasters took place but not too bad considering the length of the category.

Spyro 1

Seems like a bad run, however my goal was to get a 2:02:XX run anyways to compete with my former Trifecta PB’s Spyro 1 run that got a 2:00:50.

Decent run with some really dumb mistakes such as going through the Hurricos portal twice.

The crash just sealed the deal with me. I LOVE speedrunning 117% but when there is a chance that it might crash the game at a very late level, I’m done. So far I have had 2 crashes that have happened that were both in the tanks shooting minigame of Haunted Tomb. The first is when I was collecting the first egg when completing the first challenge and the second is in this Trifecta run. This crash have costed me over 3 minutes in RTA timing and over 1 minute and 30 seconds in IGT timing. If this crash didn’t happen then I would have PBed by a decent amount in both RTA and IGT. My final goal was sub 4:20 RTA but I will not run this category anymore seriously unless I find out what causes the random crashing. But on the bright side, the first Sorceress fight of this run was the best that I have fought her by far so at least that is a plus.

This Trifecta run has beaten the former WR that was 9:37:12 (6:59:25 IGT) by Jumpyluff that used no level storage glitches. This is now a separate category that bans that glitch. By the way, my loading times are too long to produce the glitch anyways. The PS4 Trifecta WR that uses this glitch is 8:21:41 (5:52:22 IGT) by Jumpyluff. I finally got this game on PC!

Since my Game Capture HD recorder can’t record for more then 6 hours, I had to record in real life for a moment during the break from Spyro 2 to Spyro 3 to continue the video without no interruptions.
