I still have 119 subscribers currently while my professional channel has only 8, so I figured it would be rude to completely deny you footage. So you guys get to see stuff too wonky or in-progress to show on the professional channel. I know what you're quietly planning AND YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!!!!! Oh, right. The game.
So, see those green lines? Those are what I like to call sensor lines. These lines handle collisions with the terrain. This is actually exactly how Super Mario Bros. and its sequels handle terrain collisions, invisible lines just like these that force you out of the ground. When you do it like this you can also have cool things like moving walls. Neat!
You'll also notice that the camera focuses on something else once in a while. I have invisible camera triggers, and when they activate, the camera positions itself between Scruffy and the invisible camera trigger in question. Some activate by touch, others activate when they're on the screen. This is a feature I took from Donkey Kong Country.
Speaking of the camera, it has been completely rewritten to keep track of an infinite amount of instances, such as the aforementioned camera triggers, and maybe more than one player
