this video is mainly to adjust to do more reps and how to breath in and out when squating on a heavy load when I have that much weights so I had to do more reps with the same weights I assure you that I could probably do more weights but this is good for me right now and I kinda down size since my eating is becoming more Health diet with my regular routine and making sure to keep my strength at a good pace for myself and making sure to keep the strength that I have on me so hopefully I keep progressing with strength wise and push until I see where I'm at so far when I did back then so I see that you guys are enjoying my videos so commonly I would post gameplays but for now on I'm a little bit busy with my well being of courses and working hard to tell with the updates on my courses of content so will see but yeah guys ok bye.
