* UTilt Early 11.5%→ 12.5%
* UTilt Late Sourspot 6.8% → 7.4%
* UTilt Late Sweetspot 8.2%→ 8.9% I will never understand this move
**KB was NOT compensated**, this will likely kill a good bit earlier. We also gain an extra frame of advantage on hit, though this doesn't lead to any combos that I'm aware of. We may be able to squeeze UAir in or something.
* FSmash Sweetspot Hitbox Size 5.2u → 5.8u, has a weird property where it resets it on the second active frame. It's now active from f19-21, +1 increase. This may actually be good.

* UThrow KBG 40 → 44, kills 20% earlier according to research by Molk. It's better, not by much.
* FAir FAF 58 → 55, can now grab ledge from FH, autocancel unchanged. Grabbing ledge is VERY tight and since we can't buffer FH aerials in Ult this may require some practice. Presumably, the new ledgegrab frame is F57, as before there wasn't enough leeway for it to work.
