Just when you thought you've seen enough DIO on this channel... a new one rises from the shadows made by CháuBácHồ (this is the third DIO I've showcased on this channel lmfao). This time around, he's come with a time stop! A really good one at that. This version of DIO greatly benefits from it as lots of interesting interactions could occur. Throwing knives during the time stop will freeze along with it and could really make for some crazy stuff. The mod is being updated currently, but you can download and try the recent version in the creator's channel in the SSF2 Mods Discord server!
