Shuffling around the audio files for Black Mesa (because the sound design in the mod blew me away), came across everyone's favorite Valve-style ARG signature, the SSTV transmission.
What "Victor would like this extension: Code C 3914" has to do with Black Mesa is anyone's guess; that's a task for the more dedicated ARG solvers of the world!
