For his stackathon, Nick Lee made a wine list identifier using React Native. The app sends image data to the backend where it is then sent to Google's Cloud Vision API for further text processing. When the data is returned, it is sent to the wine.com api to gather info such as: tasting notes, grape varieties, wine location, cost and ratings. Wine info is then sent back to the device.
