Nearest is a React-Redux app powered by Express on the backend that utilizes the Google Maps, Places, and Directions APIs. The map component was integrated with React thanks to the npm library react-google-maps (https://github.com/tomchentw/react-google-maps).

Nearest leverages the users geolocation to not only provide a selection of the closest destinations of a particular type, but also provide (walking) directions from the user's location to a selected destination. The github repo for the project can be found at: https://github.com/jmpressman/...
