0Just do Up-Right then Down-Left when whipping at the 2nd ring. Also pay attention where you need to let go of the first ring. Any earlier and it won't work. Later is fine and probably safer, but sacrifices a few frames.
Also sorry, I always forget if I use FRAPS, then it'll record whatever audio I'm playing. Slowmo music better than nothin', I think.
