Stalked By A Creepy Voice and Disturbing Mannequins | Don't Be Afraid 2 demo
2Hello everyone! We continue with the Steam Next Fest, and now it's the turn for Don't Be Afraid 2, a sequel to Don't Be Afraid, both are first person psychological horror games with a lot of mannequins and puzzles. I haven't played the first one, so I am not sure about the quality of that one, but at least gameplay in this one consist about solving puzzles quick enough so your batteries don't dry and you don't have to spend time in the dark (which hurts you). Puzzles were ok, but my main problem with the game was, first, the amount of jumpscares the game was throwing at you and, second, the fact that the game doesn't stop when you read notes, because it will force you not to read them, to save batteries (and it looks like the story should be important... but you end up ignoring it for the sake of gameplay).
Also, a bit of performance issues, but there weren't a lot of graphic settings, so just reduced a bit the overall quality and it improved (while still having a bit of stuttering).
