It was a dark rainy night in Zalissya, as I was in the Radio Tower, wondering what kind of day the morning would bring me. By the time I finally climbed down, the weather had cleared up and it was a nice sunny say. I had been waiting for a bright day with little wind, to take a long overdue trip. I left Zalissya to the west, continued down the main road and then north towards Pol Depot. I then took a detour, going up a hill to the west and then north-west towards the farmhouse.

This is where I had met the Loner who kept the door shut on his friend, and the Flesh had killed him. The last time I was there, the Loner said he was getting ready to leave. He did not, which made him a liar. I wonder what he was really up to. I went to the barn that his dead friend had left a note saying they put up four radiation signs, to trick people from not finding their stash. I found a blue chest with a hunting shotgun and a little ammo. Before me I could see the huge expanse of a red poppy field. A sense of dread and anticipation washed over me. I was going to try to find Mitay's family icon.
