I knew I had left a lot of loot at the Machine Tractor Station. A stash there was my largest stash in the Cement Factory territory, outside of the Duty base. When I returned to the location, I was expecting Bandits, and sure enough they were there, which just provided more loot for me. As I was leaving, to the west, I spotted some Mercenaries near the Daredevil Path. I had a brief gunfight with them, and then joined some Dutyers fighting some large rodents. Afterwards I returned to the Duty base without incident.
