I found a folder in the sound files of the Priboi Story overhaul mod. Since it's highly unlikely that dez0wave team hired the English voice actor who did the guard's voice to speak additional lines that aren't used, I can only assume at this point that most of this dialogue was meant to be in the game, was included in the files, but only very, very few (as in three) lines were ever actually played.
