Protego, Illudar and I decide to reset some Comm Array's and do follow-up missions. Protego flies my Lancer, while Illudar mans the turret.

POI Time Links:

17 - Quantum Leap to Comm Array 306.
37 - Combat begins.
44 - I bail out at the Comm Array to reset it while the team dogfights.
20 - All hostiles down. Protego comes to pick me up. Then rams me and breaks my legs.
53 - Safely back aboard, I man the turret, and Protego leaps to ICC. QUANTUM TRAVEL ENGAGED.
00 - After accidentally leaping to Covalex, we continue to the distress beacon.
21 - YARRRRR! Pirates! Engage!
57 - Jeff gets out of the pilot's seat. Shields down. Ship stopped. Bad bad bad. I rush from the turret to the bridge, but...
30 - ...the barely recharged shields cannot compensate for the incoming fire, and the Lancer goes down. Illudar and Protego are lost, but I survive, and am now stranded in space near beacon 2910-UEE217, surrounded by hostiles.
37 - While waiting for Progeto and Illudar to defeat the remaining pirates, I decide to EVA towards the beacon. It is much farther than I anticipated. I am over 4 clicks away from the wreckage of our Lancer, but still roughly 1 click out when I finally spot Protego's 315p. As he closes, we exchange signal shots, and both spook each other. I decide to just make for the beacon in EVA.
23 - We have finally all arrived at the beacon together.
30 - I decide to ride in the Titan with Illudar.
09 - We leap to Comm Array 625.
57 - I am a rear turret for the Titan.
17 - Illudar no wants rear turret. I get out at Array. Seconds later Protego dies. And then Illudar.
24 - Protego has succumbed to his injuries and must recuperate (aka log out). Once again, I am stranded in space. Illudar is my only hope.
14 - While waiting for rescue, I continue to watch the heated dogfight between the local Crusader Security and the pirates. A daring pirate in an Aurora makes an insane maneuver between the solar panels and the Comm Array.
16 - Illudar dies again. Simultaneously, a Delta pilot arrives! Perhaps he will save me. No, he crashes head first into the solar array.
53 - A pilot (who I later learn is NeoSat) arrives in a Vangaurd. While I had initially planned to kill him and steal it, I decide instead to just man the turret and see what happens.
02 - NeoSat leaps to the ICC Probe. Illudar arrives just before us.
11 - NeoSat leaps to Cry-Astro for repairs.
17 - Repairs completed, NeoSat leaps to the new distress beacon.
55 - After bouncing off a few rocks, NeoSat joins Illudar in attacking the pirates. Seconds before reaching combat range, Illudar dies. A few minutes later, Illudar also succumbs to his injuries (aka sleepiness) and must log. However, my adventures with NeoSat continue in the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MM0PMQQD9PA
