UPnP

2. Connect by Cable not WIFI!

3. Protocols in your ethernet adapter.
Deactivate everything other than.

4. Teredo
Turn it off
Run a cmd as Admin and run:
netsh interface ipv6 set teredo disable
netsh interface ipv6 6to4 set state disabled
netsh interface ipv6 isatap set state disabled

5. Protocols in adapter. Disable everything but:

8. Create Shortcut to starcitizen.exe not launcher!
Edit the link as follows:
