Setting up Organizations for Success, large or small:
Pre-Launch Website
1) "Invite a Friend" email or email template.
2) Ability for everyone to sign up for Organization Page. (Not just people who pledge, everyone, but don't count toward org numbers until they pledge) (See Video)
3) DO NOT remove this website after launch. Leave it to give leaders the ability to bring in more & more people to the game! Also see my game idea in the video about web to game communication.
